ANTI-SCIENCE, falsehoods, charlatans promotes in the Science section
Today’s examples on 11/18/2017 from the science section:
- “Numerologist says rogue planet could bring end of days this weekend”
- “Conspiracy theorists flock to first flat earth conference in North Carolina”
Need I say more? What the hell? This is not science news. This is ANTI-SCIENCE news. What a hypocrisy coming out of a company based on science and technology.

Washington Post links now work just fine. Thank you.
More mainstream news coverage than before.
Great news app overall.

Two main problems
1) About a third of the links are to Washington Post; however, none of those links works. It shows Washington Post banner on top, an empty page below, and an ad at the bottom (ad = mission accomplished)
It also breaks the link back to the main page, forcing user to close the app and restart. Clunky and annoying to deal with.
2) Several links to weird, biased, fluff, or fake news websites, like Christian Science Monitor.

Just linking to news articles on other websites. Googles involvement is minimal.
Upon clicking on links I see "entire page" covered in an ad or simply blank ad space. Many links are bogus and do not lead to news articles, only ads.
They source news from reputable and irreputable sources alike. There is Reuters, but also Christian Science Monitor.
