Ads overtake this news app

I give this app MINUS ONE stars.

There are full page and banner ads, you click the x in the corner to close them and nothing happens. The ad continues to play.

“Google News” app should be renamed “Google Ads”.
AP associated press app is much better. Even USA Today is more usable than Google.
